Swan Manor Assisted Living

Swan Manor's special needs unit is an ideal solution for adults with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Our facility has certified trained staff who are experts in managing the lives of our special needs residents. The unit has twenty-two (22), 92 square foot private rooms. Each room includes one (1) full bath with built in shower, bench, and grab bars, two (2) closets, individually controlled temperature, cable access available with Flat Screen TV.

You need not worry about personal housekeeping or washing linens, we take care of that. All of the above is in addition to the Common services area.
